WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING A DAGSA Class (Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Stress, Anger)
This class creates a safe and supportive space to explore and manage the emotional challenges of depression, anxiety, grief, and stress. Through open conversation and practical tools, participants gain insight, coping strategies, and community support to help navigate their mental and emotional well-being with confidence and compassion.

Ages 8–11 (Kids)
